Boyle County indictments

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Aug. 19:

• Shae Anderson, 25, Danville: first-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Mary Roller testified for the Danville Police Department.

• Franklin Anness, 48, Junction City: unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; resisting arrest when he used physical force against an officer; operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked or suspended. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. TJ Wren testified for the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office.

• Jordan Wheat, 26, Liberty: theft by unlawful taking in merchandise less than $500 of value from Walmart; making false statements to obtain benefits less than $500 when using another person’s food stamp card with intent to defraud. Bail was set at 10% of $1,000. Keith Addison testified for the state.

• Natasha Asbury, 24, Danville: possession of controlled substance meth; operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol or other substances; driving a motor vehicle without an operator’s license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Toney Dollins testified for Kentucky State Police.

• Brandon Biggs, 41, Stanford: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; receiving stolen property, a firearm. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Brandon Jewell testified for BCSO.

• Courtney Bowen, 25, Stanford: five charges of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 for each charge. Kari Wilson testified for the state in regards to each charge.

• Derek Brummett, 43, Danville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance meth by possessing with intent to traffic in two or more grams. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Adam Wilson testified for DPD.

• Gregory Cooper, 48, Columbia: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Jewell testified.

• David Denny, 57, Danville: operating a motor vehicle under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense; driving with a DUI suspended license, second offense. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Austin Ray testified for DPD. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense; driving with a DUI suspended license, second offense. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. • Tiffany Dunn, 35, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl; first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Tanner Abbott testified for BCSO.

• Lanal Faulkner, 43, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance heroin; first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; resisting arrest when she used physical force against an officer. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Aaron Sparks testified for DPD.

• Barry Feese, Jr., 31, Junction City: three charges of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 for each charge. Kari Wilson testified for the state in regards to each charge.

• Heather Feese, 36, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise with value less than $500 from FiveStar Foodmart. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Jewell testified. Third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise with value less than $500 from Walmart. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Cody Crawford testified for DPD.

• Josephine Filbert, 41, Waynesburg: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering McDonald’s office; third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Jackson Hewitt; third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering someone’s office; third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering someone’s office; theft by unlawful taking items with a value between $500-$10,000 from McDonald’s office; theft by unlawful taking items with a value between $500-$1,000 from Jackson Hewitt. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Paul Megilligan testified for DPD.

• Travis Folger, 38, Waynesburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe; driving a motor vehicle without liability insurance. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.

• Evan Goodlett, 29, Harrodsurg: receiving stolen property, a tractor, between $1,000 and $10,000 in value; first-degree promoting contraband when he introduced dangerous contraband into Boyle County Detention Center; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Adam Wilson testified.

• Noah Goodpaster, 23, Waynesburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Megilligan testified.

• Donald Hagans, 30, Lancaster: second-degree burglary when he unlawfully entered someone’s dwelling house; first-degree criminal mischief when he caused damage to the same person’s property. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Ray testified. Second-degree burglary when he unlawfully entered a dwelling house owned by Gethsemane Baptist Church. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. • Joenesha Hill, 23, Lexington: theft by unlawful taking merchandise from TJ Maxx of value between $1,000-$10,000; theft by unlawful taking merchandise with value less than $500 from Kroger; theft by unlawful taking merchandise with value less than $500 from Liquor Barn. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Adam Wilson testified.

• Colby Jackson, 32, Louisville: first-degree fleeing or evading when he disobeyed an officer’s order to stop his vehicle in attempt to flee and by doing do, risked physical injury to another person; first-degree wanton endangerment when he engaged in conduct that created danger of death or injury to an officer; third-degree assault upon another officer, causing him physical injury; first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; second-degree fleeing or evading when he disobeyed an officer’s order to stop as a pedestrian; possession of drug paraphernalia, a syringe; driving a motor vehicle without liability insurance; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances; resisting arrest when he used physical force against an officer arresting him. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. White testified.

• Kristopher Johnson, 42, Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Michael Johnson, 35, Crab Orchard: second-degree escape when he failed to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Wes Gaddis testified for Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.

• Lea Kendrick, 51, Harrodsburg: two charges of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $5,000 for each charge. Kari Wilson testified for the state in regards to each charge.

• Jeremy Lay, 35, Jellico, Tennessee: theft by failure to make required disposition when he obtained property of value between $1,000-$10,000 from Kentucky School for the Deaf and failed to return the property. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Dollins testified.

• Jesse Layton, 35, Danville: four counts of receiving stolen property, a firearm. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Jacob Ruhe testified for BCSO.

• Amanda Lyons, 37, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Tonie Matherly, 47, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brandon Record testified for DPD.

• Matthew Milburn, 33, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.

• Shawn Mulrenin, 46, London: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a change of plea hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the state.

• Vincent Napier, 54, Danville: failure to comply with sex offender registry, second offense, when he failed to comply with registration and notification requirements. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000. Adam Wilson testified.

• Kenneth Peavler, 42, Danville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, by possessing with intent to traffic in two or more grams of meth. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Adam Wilson testified.

• Tevis Peterson, 28, Elizabethtown: first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Adam Wilson testified.

• Richard Pike, 38, Parksville: receiving stolen property belonging to someone, a utility vehicle, with a value of $10,000 or more; first-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $1,000 of damage to the same person’s property. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Casey McCoy testified for BCSO.

• Timothy Preston, 52, Nicholasville: second-degree escape when he failed to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Kevin Ring, 33, Danville: three charges of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing. Bail was set at $5,000 for each charge. Kari Wilson testified for the state in regards to each charge.

• Walter Roberts, 48, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a change of plea hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the state. • Jordon Shoemaker, 31, Danville: second-degree escape when he failed to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Carlois Thomas, 42, Danville: fourth-degree assault, third or subsequent offense, upon a woman by causing her physical injury; violation of an emergency protective order. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. No contact with the victim. Adam Wilson testified.

• Kyle Todd, 31, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Clyneshia White, 26, Lexington: theft by unlawful taking merchandise with value between $1,000-$10,000 from TJ Maxx; second-degree fleeing or evading when she disobeyed an officer’s order to stop her vehicle; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise with value less than $500 form Kroger; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise with value less than $500 from Liquor Barn; driving a motor vehicle without liability insurance.
