Joseph “J.W.” Wilburn Walls, 75, of Hustonville passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Born March 9, 1946, he was the son of the late John Raymond Walls and Nellie Christine Hogue Sims Walls. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Nyletta Johnson Walls, brother, James V. Sims; daughter-in-law, Fran Walls; and son-in-law, Steve Douglas. J.W. was a member of IBEW Local 69 of Louisville, KY. (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers). He was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed fishing, playing his guitar, and listening to country music. He is survived by his son, Ricky Walls of Hustonville; daughters: Vicky Walls of New Salem, Rita (Brian) Coffman of Hustonville, and Anita Douglas (Moe) of Junction City; brother, Larry Walls of Kings Mt.; sister, Brenda Walls of Hustonville; five grandchildren: Derek (Brooke) Walls of Kings Mt., Kasey (Christi) Walls of Hustonville, Brandon Coffman of Hustonville, Matthew Coffman of Hustonville, Kayla Douglas of Elizabethtown; and five great-grandchildren: Addie Walls, Layne Walls, Brayden Coffman, Caiden Coffman, and Tipton Walls. Visitation is 2-4 pm, Sunday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 4 pm, Sunday with Bro. Rick Naylor officiating.
