Contessa Lea “Tessa” Crutchfield, 52, of Danville passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021. Born August 5, 1969, she was the daughter of Ron Crutchfield of Parksville and the late Pamela Lea Vickers. In addition to her father, she is survived by her daughter, Savannah Tawney Crutchfield of Danville; three brothers: Keith (Angela) Gray of Burgin, John (Brittany) Crutchfield of Parksville, and Ron (April) Crutchfield of Forkland; sisters: Kim (Ricky) Baker of Garrard County, Tonya (Tony) Hacker of Annville and Rhonda Crutchfield of Junction City; and nieces and nephews.
