Stanley Vanoy, 78, of Hustonville went to his Heavenly Home on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. Born May 21, 1943, he was the son of the late Ernest Theodore and Elnora Mildred Randolph Vanoy. Stanley was a US Army Vietnam Veteran. He was retired from Kentucky Utilities in Danville. He enjoyed farming, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. Stanley is survived by his wife of 57 years, Lucille Goode Vanoy; son, Stan Lee (Amber) Vanoy of Richmond; Daughter, Joy Luciana (John) Dickerson of Poquoson, Virginia; sisters, Darlene (Marshall) Qualls of Junction City and Mildred Followell of Manilla, IN; and five grandchildren: Caleb Dickerson, Isaiah Dickerson, Eli Dickerson, Jonah Dickerson, and Haven Vanoy. Visitation is 11:30am-12:30pm, Monday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 12:30pm with Pastor John Dickerson officiating. Burial is at Camp Nelson National Cemetery with military honors. The family are grateful for the loving care of Heritage Hospice.
