Howard Lee Conder, 88, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022. He was born July 25, 1933 in Boyle County, Kentucky to the late Ernest and Ruby Marie Adams Conder and was the widower of his beloved wife Mary Thelma Holt Conder. Howard was a farmer and member of Manna Harvest Church. He loved fishing for Catfish, riding his four-wheeler, raising cattle and being with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving are seven children, Bobby (Anna) Conder, Neal (Pat) Conder, Gary (Barbara) Conder, Ricky (Debby) Conder, Jerry (Becky) Conder, Mary Ann (Ronald) Douglas, Judy (Jeff) Sparks, 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, Howard was preceded in death by a daughter, Carolyn Lee, siblings, Verna Mae McCowan, Myrtle Frances Preston, Louise Hancock, Earl Conder, and two nephews, Manuel Conder and Jimmy Cochran. The funeral service will be 2:00 pm., Friday April 15, 2022 at Walden Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Lanham officiating. Burial will follow in the Conder Family Cemetery. Visitation will start at 11:00 a.m., Friday morning at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Joe Conder, Jeff Sparks, Josh Sparks, Ernie Conder, Derrick Conder and Travis Conder. Honorary bearers are Jon Conder, Kasey Conder, Tina Gourley, Angela Moore, Matt Conder, Jeremy Conder, and Kelsey Conder.
