Oscar Lee Bailey, 75, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022 in Richmond, Kentucky. Born to the late Jack C. & Betsy Ballard Bailey, on Thursday, March 27, 1947. Oscar is survived by his three brothers, Donald W. Bailey (Jeannie), Jack C. Bailey II (Norm), Bruce A. Bailey (Linda), two nieces, Tiffany Bailey Wilson (Rob), Sara Don Bailey, one nephew, Michael R. Bailey (Kayla), three great-nephews, Jude & Beck Wilson and Kaden Noakes, as well as two great-nieces, McKenzie & Maelyn Bailey. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Lancaster Christian Church with Sara Don Bailey & Tiffany Bailey Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Lancaster Cemetery with Minister Roger Hurt officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Lancaster Christian Church.
