Anna Mae (Brown) Hood, 91, of Cincinnati Ohio passed away on Monday May 30th. She was the daughter of the late Bill Brown and Oma (Singleton) Brown. Anna Mae was born November 2, 1930 and married to John Hood on January 7, 1950 until his death on October 1, 2014.
Survivors include daughter Phyllis Jane and husband Roger Whiles of Chantilly VA, Catherine Faye and husband Les Jones of Crab Orchard KY, son Kevin Jay and wife Carla of Cincinnati, son Ronald Keith and wife Ericka of Cincinnati. Eight grandchildren, Tim Whiles, Heather Jones, Kimberly (Chris) Ballestracci, Patrick (Jennifer) Jones, Angel (Casey Dettlinger) Hood, Kristian (Coty) Sims, J.T. (Lily) Hood, Sydney Hood, great grandchildren Seth, Gabriel and Caitlyn Gillam, Aiden and Addie Jones, Gracelyn and Aurora Sims. Anna Mae is also survived by her sister Mary Napier and brothers Delmus and Donald Brown. In addition to her parents Anna Mae was preceded in death by her two sons John Allen and Ernie Ray and by her brothers, Dexter, George Alfred (Rusty), Ernest, Carl and Bobby along with sisters Billie and Marie.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at McKnight Funeral Home with Bro. Darrell Horsley officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 12 Noon until 2:00 PM funeral time at McKnight Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bethel Church of Christ Cemetery.
