Steven J. Noonan was indicted in Boyle County on charges of possession of matter portraying sexual performance of a minor under the age of 12.

The case has been presented to the US Attorney’s Office in the Eastern district of Kentucky for federal prosecution by Investigator N.Paton of the Perryville Police Department.

Noonan was on supervised probation in Boyle County from a charge in North Carolina of second degree sexual exploitation of minors.

The investigation was a joint effort by Boyle County Probation and Parole, Boyle County Sheriff’s Office, Perryville Police Department, along with Homeland Security.
