The CentreWorks Urban Innovation team is hosting two Community Brainstorming events to come up with solutions to downtown Danville parking. They will be July 12 at 11 a.m. and July 13 at 7 p.m. at CentreWorks.

The Urban Innovation team has been working with the City of Danville to help create a long term solution for downtown parking. The team is made up of Centre College interns Isaiah Arroyo, Kali Hernandez Fraire, and John Bingaman. They have been conducting interviews with anyone in the area who wants to share their experience with downtown parking.

The brainstorming event will give the team an opportunity to come up with parking solutions based on what they’ve learned from interviews, and allow community members to be further involved in the idea process.
