Henry Dudley Spoonamore, 86, of Danville passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022. Born February 24, 1936, in Boyle County, he was the son of the late William Mock and Maude Curtsinger Spoonamore. He was a master mechanic and automobile technician and owned Spoonamore’s Service Garage for over 38 years. After retiring from his garage business, he enjoyed helping people, working on his farm, and visiting with family, friends, and neighbors. Henry Dudley is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Betty Jean Coffey Spoonamore. He is survived by sons, William Dudley (Mary) Spoonamore and Jon Christopher (Lori) Spoonamore, both of Danville; daughter, Holly Lynn (Scott) Dickison of Danville; and four grandchildren: William Lee Spoonamore, Kellie Elizabeth Spoonamore-Gullion, Jory Scott Dickison, and James Samuel Dickison. Visitation is 4-6:15 pm, Wednesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home in Moreland. Funeral Service will follow at 6:30 pm, Wednesday with Rev. Jim Irwin officiating.
