A Boil Water Advisory has been issued for Roy Arnold Blvd. from Southern Heights Baptist church to Fourth street issued by the city of Danville. UPDATE: This advisory has been lifted.

A 12 inch water main broke, and workers put a clamp on the water main. 15 customers are affected.

Although NO CONTAMINATION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED we recommend: Bring all water to a rolling boil, let it boil for three (3) minutes, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and foodpreparation until further notice. Boiling kills bacteria and other organisms in the water.
