After losing a late lead on Saturday, Centre men’s basketball bounced back on Sunday afternoon, returning to the win column with an 84-78 victory over the Huntingdon Hawks on day 2 of the Rhodes Classic.

Drew Wilson scored 24 points, including 18 on 3-pointers.

Noah Ring added 20 points and a team-high eight rebounds. Carter Baughman finished with 17 points and Cade Stinnett added 12.

Centre finished 21 of 25 from the free throw line.

Rucker leads Centre women: Bailey Rucker finished with 15 points and Natalie Duggins had 13 rebounds to lead the Centre women to a 66-58 win Friday vs. Mount St. Joseph.

Makya Grinter added 11 points for Centre (6-3), which has won four straight.
