Morning Pointe releases “Milestones” magazine with feature on Danville resident

Morning Pointe Senior Living’s premier annual magazine, “Milestones,” is now available to the public.

“We look forward to the unveiling of our ‘Milestones’ magazine each year,” said Greg A. Vital, Morning Pointe Co-Founder and President. “Our 2023 edition is packed full of inspirational stories from 2022, including a look back at our 25th anniversary as a company dedicated to serving seniors.”

The publication features life stories of residents throughout the company’s Southeast footprint, spotlights on associates, updates on the company and more.

One of the features is a story about Eugene Pflughaupt, a resident at Morning Pointe of Danville, Kentucky. He is a veteran of World War II and the Korean War who took an Honor Flight this past July.

Other highlights this year are articles about a former SEC football star in Tuscaloosa, Alabama; a retired forensic dentist in Chattanooga, Tennessee; a delegation from Japan visiting a community in Richmond, Kentucky; a food services director who bakes specialty cakes for resident birthdays in Lenoir City, Tennessee; a former member of the FBI in Franklin, Tennessee; and a feature on the importance of caregivers seeking support, provided by the University of Kentucky Sanders-Brown Center on Aging.
