Mary Lucille (Middleton) Hammons, 96, of Stanford, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Hospital. She was the widow of Joe Hammons, Jr., who preceded her in death on September 22, 1993. Lucille was born in Crab Orchard, KY on July 12, 1926, a daughter of the late Chad and Maude (Smith) Middleton.
Survivors Include her Son, Robert L. “Louie” Hammons and Wife, Brenda; Daughter-In-Law, Judy Dyehouse Hammons; Sister, Elizabeth Adams; 2 Sister-In-Laws, Geraldene & Tommye Middleton; 5 Granddaughters; 12 Great Grandchildren; and 8 Great -Great Grandchild.
Funeral Services: 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 13th at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel with Louie Hammons officiating. Burial will follow in the Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, May 12, 2023 from 5pm until 8pm at McKnight Funeral Home.
