A Bardstown resident, Mrs. Linda E. Naumann, age 75, passed away Tuesday July 9, 2024, in Bardstown. Linda was born June 6, 1949 in Glasgow to the late Denton and Evelyn Coop Thomas. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Jeff and Greg Naumann; two brothers, Kenneth and Terry Thomas; a sister Kaye Tobin; and a niece Donna Kaye Tobin. Linda attended Glasgow High School and was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She taught nursing for 18 years at Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Danville, KY. She was a charter member of Calvary Baptist Church in Glasgow. She is survived by the love of her life Mike Boone; a son Eric (Melissa) Naumann of Saint Louis, MO; five granddaughters Chloe, Lauren, Emma, Lila, and Olive; several cousins also survive. Memorial visitation for Linda E. Naumann will be Saturday, July 20, 2024 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home at 1475 New Shepherdsville Road in Bardstown.
