Trilogy Health Services has announced an investment to expand senior living services at The Willows at Harrodsburg. The investment aims to address the growing demand for senior living accommodations and services. It is part of a bigger investment the company is making across the Midwest to senior living and assisted living services in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio.

As part of the expansion in Harrodsburg, Trilogy will add 32 new patio homes and a clubhouse at The Willows at Harrodsburg. The expansion is expected to begin in September 2024. Universal Design Associates has been selected as the architecture firm for the project.

The new patio homes and clubhouse will reflect the aesthetic of the main health center and assisted living building, formerly the site of Old Montgomery Steakhouse owned by singer Eddie Montgomery.

Over the past five years, Harrodsburg has seen a 19.5% increase in its 75+ population. Its latest census reveals a strong demand, with 96% of the available beds or units currently occupied by residents.
