Betty Lou (Reeves) Adams of Moreland, KY, ascended to the heavens on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024. She shared a beautiful bond with her late husband, Robert Steele “Bobby” Adams, for an admirable 46 years. Together, they toiled on their farm, where Betty’s unwavering work ethic shone brightly. Known for her caring, thoughtful, and loving nature, she cherished the moments spent together with her family. Born on March 18, 1949, she was the beloved daughter of the late Omer Lee and Geneva Hill Reeves. Betty’s spirit lives on through her daughters, Cami “Gomez” Adams, Carla “Jaramillo” Adams and her son, Bobby Adams (Amanda). A vast legacy of grandchildren carries her memory: Junior Adams (Kayla), Carlos Adams, Daniel Adams (Amy), Steele Adams, Ruby Adams, Alex Gomez (Karri), and David Gomez. Her beautiful great-grandchildren include VanCarter Adams, EllieMaie Adams, Vivienne Gomez, Henry Gomez, Korbin Curtsinger, Bentley, Cambree, and . Betty was preceded in death by her son, Robert Steele Adams Jr., and her brothers, Bobby, Homer, and Holbert Reeves. Pallbearers will be grandsons: Junior Adams, Carlos Adams, Daniel Adams, VanCarter Adams, Alex Gomez, David Gomez, and Josh Goode and Thomas Curtis, with honorary pallbearers including Steele Adams, Mike Watts, and Stuart Curtis. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 16th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service by Pastor Dr. Choe Sergent at 1:00 PM at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home in Moreland. She will find her eternal rest at Buffalo Springs Cemetery.
