On Sunday, Sept. 22, Trinity Episcopal Church will host an organ recital at 4 p.m., followed by a reception.

Dr. Schuyler Robinson, a University of Kentucky Professor of Organ and Harpsichord, will perform music. He also chairs the Master of Music for the Sacred Music program, a unique degree that combines music and seminary courses.

Before becoming a professor at the University of Kentucky in 1982, he was a Professor and College Organist for Warren Wilson College in North Carolina; he has served as an organist for numerous churches in several states.

The music performed at the recital will feature the works of several classical composers, including Marchand, Bach, Brahms, and more.

Trinity Episcopal Church is located at 320 West Main Street. Admittance to the recital is free.
