Ruth Warmoth, 82, of Lancaster, passed away February 20, 2025 in Stanford, Kentucky. She was born on October 31, 1942 in Leslie County, KY to the late Mitchell and Rebecca Day Joseph. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Wayne. Ruth was a member of Dix River Church of Christ. Surviving are two daughters, June Prater and Jackie Harrison of Lancaster; three grandchildren, Leonard Harrison, Matthew Harrison and CeAra Fain; and four great grandchildren, Michael Harrison, Lyla Harrison, Luke Fain, and Logyn Fain. Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sons, Marvin Melton, Dale Melton, and Jeffery Melton; four brothers, John H. Joseph, Mickey Joseph, Harold Joseph and Willie Joseph; three sisters, Marylin Baker, Martha Joseph, and Rhoda Hacker. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. Leonard Harrison officiating. Visitation will be 12:00 PM until service time. Pallbearers are Nate Gibbons, Jesse Denny, Rodney Miracle, Billy Boggs, Mike Hopkins, Kevin Arnold, Caitlin Johnson, and Delbert Prater.
