Local churches organizing Praise & Worship Summer Series

PRAISE & WORSHIP SUMMER SERIES

News release

Eighteen churches and groups have joined to support the Praise and Worship Summer Series which has four events planned this summer located across Boyle County. The purpose is to provide wholesome, family summer fun and fellowship while celebrating the Lord through praise and worship. Admission is free and everyone is welcome. All events will be held 6 to 9 p.m. with the exception of July 4, which will end immediately following the city fireworks.

• Saturday, June 1, Main Street Perryville — There will be Vacation Bible School for kids and youth, other fun activities will include a bouncy in-flatable, corn hole and croquette. We will lift up the “King of Glory” with our praise. Bring your Bible and join others proclaiming God’s word from the pedestrian bridge. We will close the night out singing and praying around the campfire. Lion’s Club & Renaldo’s will be on site for food. Bring your lawn chair, family and friends. Also, churches are welcome to set up informational tables about their ministries.
