Danville-Boyle County Economic Partnership — 8 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20 at the 8:00 AM • Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at the Harold W. McKinney Conference Center at Constitution Square Historic Site. Items on the agenda include:
• Service Recognition/Commendation: Dr. Bethany Rogers, Executive Director, Heart of Danville
• President/CEO’s Leadership Development Plan: Performance review process concluded, final LDP completed for implementation with officers.
• Review of Performance Dashboard: Review infographic prototype; discuss impact to current webpage structure.
• Strategic Planning Workgroup: review steps with RKG Associates, Inc. signed services contract; partner invoicing; memo re: data collection challenges; preview RKG/ChandlerThinks joint team visit; and preview next Partner Potluck meeting on Oct. 7 to launch strategic plan development.
• Next Community Conversation: Targeted date is Nov 9; discuss objectives, possible subject areas for listening session.
• Group Health Insurance Plan: Kentucky Nonprofit Network/Peel & Holland Insurance will provide updated plans in October for open enrollment, effective January; plan is opt-in available to all staff.
• EDP Project Manager: New position budgeted to begin Dec. 1; discuss timeline for search process, interviews, hiring.
