This week our featured pets are Julia and Reed.
Julia is a cute and playful 13-week-old gray tabby kitten. This little girl loves to explore her surroundings. Julia is also quite the purring machine. She likes you to hold her close as she takes a little break before her next adventure begins. Julia is from an unwanted litter, but she is sure to be loved and cherished in her new forever home!

Reed is a handsome 8-month-old mixed breed pup. He may have some hound in his background. Reed is a gorgeous light brindle with some white markings. He has a very intelligent eye. Reed was a stray, but since his owner has not been found, he is now ready for a fresh start and available for adoption. This sweet fellow will make a great companion for years to come.

The humane society is caring for lots of puppies and kittens right now. We are in special need for donations of Purina Puppy Chow and Purina Cat Food and Purina Kitten Chow along with bleach, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent and hand soap and sanitizer. We always need used towels and blankets. Your donations to the shelter are greatly appreciated.
Low-cost, high-quality spay/neuter surgery is available for pet owners with low and fixed incomes. Call our Happy Paws Clinic today at (859) 691-1137 for an appointment. Please help control pet over-population by having your pet spayed or neutered.
