HERITAGE HOSPICE
News release
Volunteers with Heritage Hospice will host its third annual Tea & Treasure coming up on Nov. 12. The event will be at Centenary United Methodist Church, at 1441 Perryville Road. Tickets cost $25 per person and may be purchased at Heritage Hospice, 120 Enterprise Drive in Danville.
This year, a tea and buffet will be featured, as well as a silent auction which starts at noon; the tea follows at 1 p.m.
Hospice is asking individuals, businesses, clubs and other civic groups for support. Tabletop sponsors can pick a theme for a specific season, a particular topic or a favorite sports team, and group items together on a linen-covered auction tabletop. Groups may use their creativity and decorations to make an exciting themed display to be sold at auction to the highest bidder.
For information, call Wendy Hellard or Maureen Draut at Heritage Hospice, (859) 236-2425.
All proceeds from the event will benefit Hospice programs serving Boyle, Lincoln, Mercer and Garrard counties.
