• Vernon R. Houp, 77, of Waynesburg, Ky., died Wednesday, Sept. 28. Visitation 10 a.m.-noon today, Friday Sept. 30, with funeral service at noon at Spurlin Stanford.
• Martha Raley Slaven, 75, died Wednesday. Memorial service 1 p.m. Saturday at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home. Visitation noon on Saturday.
• Mildred Russell Foster, 91, of Liberty and widow of Vernie, died Wednesday. Funeral 11 a.m. Saturday at McKinney-Brown Funeral
Home. Visitation 6-9 p.m. Friday.
• Allen Ramsey, 29, of Danville, passed away Wednesday at University of Kentucky Hospital. Arrangements are incomplete at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home.
