Ephraim McDowell Health is sponsoring a free health screening from 8 a.m. to noon on Oct. 22 at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Danville. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are recommended. Appointments can be made by calling one of the following numbers after 5 p.m.: (859) 236-6964 or (859) 583-2545.

The screenings are open to the public for anyone 18 years of age and older.
