A Wrinkle in Time, 7 p.m. tonight in Gravely Hall Performing Arts Center at Danville High School, 203 E. Lexington Ave. Award-winning classic presented by students as fall play. Based on novel by Madeleine L’Engle, follows the story of two kids setting out on an adventure. Cheaper by the Dozen, Nov. 4-6 and 11-13 at West T. Hill Community Theatre, 117 Larrimore Lane, Danville. A heart warming classic about a 1920s dad attempting to run his home and family, consisting of 12 children, a lovely wife and a mangy dog by applying his theories of industrial efficiency.  These award winning theories aren’t so popular with his teenage daughters who are trying their hardest to grow up like all their other friends. 100 Women: The Perception of Beauty, through Monday at The Kentucky Theater,  214 E Main St., Lexington. This portraiture photography exhibition by Eastern Kentucky University graduate Skylar Davis, a Lancaster native, showcases the beauty of all women through photography without the use of Photoshop to alter the features or body types of the subjects. Includes quotes by participants describing struggles they have faced as women and the effect of media on their self-image draws attention to society’s obsession with perfection and gender inequalities still regularly faced today.
