Great American Brass Band Festival organizer Niki Kinkade says everything went so well last year for the first-ever art addition, it’s coming back for 2017.

“Artists sold work and were happy, and attendees bought work and were happy. The Art Festival board was very organized and prepared, everything ran smoothly,” Kinkade says.

A few changes were made, based on feedback from last year. “Mostly, artists had wonderful feedback about the hospitality and friendly volunteers and attendees,” Kinkade says.

The full information about the Great American Art Festival will be available late January or early February, after the jury process ends.

“As of now, we’re looking for the right artists,” Kinkade says.
