Pets of the week, Dec. 20

Our featured pets this week are Ollie and Buddy.
Ollie is a handsome 7-month-old buff tabby cat. He was found as a stray, but is a very well socialized boy. Buddy loves to be held and turns into a real purring machine as soon as he receives a little attention. Buddy is a friend to all people and gets along great with other cats. Buddy will look at you with his deep golden eyes and it only takes a minute to get pulled in to this sweet little fellow and his precious personality!
Buddy is a gorgeous 15-week-old coonhound mix puppy. From the size of his feet and the length of his ears, Buddy is going to be a big boy when full grown. Buddy is from a very large litter. We have a total of eight siblings that look almost identical and they all need homes. Buddy has that sweet hound temperament and big brown eyes that tug at your heart. Comes and meet Buddy and his sisters and brothers and see if you don’t fall in love!
Holiday greetings to all of our friends in the community! We appreciate the wonderful job that our dedicated volunteers do to help keep our programs running smoothly and make them such a success. We thank everyone who supports the humane society both monetarily and with supplies to help us care for the animals. We also thank our adopters who opened their hearts and homes to over 1,200 dogs, cats, kittens and puppies during 2016. We wish everyone and their pets a wonderful holiday season and all the best in the upcoming New Year!
