Marian Broce

Marian Broce, 42, of Bardstown, died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2016, at her residence. She was born August 16, 1974, in San Bernardino, California, and was an employee for Bluegrass Assisted Living.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Griffith; and grandson, Kaden Allison.

She is survived by her husband, John Broce of Bardstown; five sons, Jonathan (Chelle) Allison Jr. of Bardstown, Jonathan Bunch and Cody Griffith both of Stanford, Sean Broce, and Christian Broce both of Bardstown; four grandchildren; mother, Sandra Mobley of Stanford; two brothers, Ronnie Ege, and Everette Ege both of Stanford; two sisters Louise Sellers of Stanford, and Kathy Joseph of Danville; five nieces; and one nephew.

Her funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday Dec. 28, 2016, at Barlow Funeral Home, with burial in Bardstown Cemetery. Rev. Jonathan Hosmon will officiate. Visitation was 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27 and 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28 at Barlow Funeral Home.
