Judge Jeff Dotson presiding

Abey Norman, 47, 124 Ashley Way, cultivating less than five marijuana plants, $250; possession of marijuana, dismissed.

Terry Lee Yates Jr., Gravel Switch, illegal hunting of deer or turkey, $100 fine; discharge firearm or other device upon or across public, $100; two counts hunting without a license, dismissed, forfeit weapon and lose all hunting privileges for one year.

Jody S. Civil judgments handed down in Boyle Circuit Court include:
