Boyle grand jury indicts 46, most for drug-related charges

A Boyle County grand jury indicted 46 people on Jan. 26, with more than half of them on drug-related charges. The  following were indicted:

• Thomas Blankenship, 29, 9210 Owenton Road, Lot No. 10, Frankfort: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Marty Bradshaw, 43, 615 McMillian St., Danville: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs (third offense); and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). Bail was set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Adam Bray, 28, 337 E. Martin Luther King St., Lot No. 17, Lebanon: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Ashley Callahan, 30, 383 Lancelot Lane, Lexington: first-degree promoting contraband. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Jeffery Caudill, 40, 4516 U.S. 27 North, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Rob Oney with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Michael Daniel, 38, 1707 Bastin Creek Road, Kings Mountain: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and two counts of identity theft. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Calab Daniels, 19, 602 E. Third St., Perryville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Zachary Dawson, 26, 611 McMillan Court, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Dalton Durham, 21, 5570 Alum Springs Road, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin); first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl); and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $10,000. Addison testified.

• Tyler East, 29, 670 Bartley Dr., Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Amire Evans, 34, 109 Yealey, Florence: receiving stolen property $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Russell Preston with the Junction City Police Department testified.

• Tonie Fisher, 38, 186 Heather Dr., Campbellsville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor; third-degree possession of a controlled substance (alprazolam); and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $15,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Kimberly Gardner, 40, 3824 Southern Parkway No. 1, Louisville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Brandon Record with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Evan Goodlett, 24, 310 Parker Place, Nicholasville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Jacob Gordon, 24, 301 Jackson St., Perryville: tampering with physical evidence; and first-degree wanton endangerment. Bail was set at $10,000. Addison testified.

• David Grant, 42, 4024 Sunset Ave., Louisville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or subsequent offense (heroin); criminal possession of a forged instrument for allegedly knowingly possessing two counterfeit bills; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $30,000. Addison testified.

• Joshua Greene, 25, 235 Kentucky Ave., Junction City: four counts of first-degree unlawful access to a computer for allegedly using a computer system to obtain money or property through false or fraudulent representation. Bail was set at $20,000. Sally Bustle with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Kayla Hemze, 24, 1660 Evergreen Road, Frankfort: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Tara Henshaw, 44, 2110 Markwood Road, Louisville: first-degree promoting contraband. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Michael Koon, 46, 171 Spring Valley Road, Danville: first-degree bail-jumping. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Lamb testified.

• Frankie Mason, 40, 404 Marimon Ave., Harrodsburg: first-degree promoting contraband; failure to maintain required insurance; and driving on a suspended or revoked license. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Levi May, 25, 128 Busy Bee St., McKinney: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin). Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Roy McElroy, 36, 6960 Danville Highway, Lebanon: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Cash Moore II, 36, 123 Michelle Court, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin); first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl); first-degree wanton endangerment to a minor child; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Toney Dollins with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Brian Mullins, 38, 90 Tick Ridge Road, Waynesburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Antonie Neely, 24, 108 Apt. 3 Lisa Ave., Danville: receiving stolen property (firearm). Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Willie Peale, 39, 102 Baughman Ave., Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin); identity theft; possession of drug paraphernalia; and driving on a suspended or revoked license. Bail was set at $15,000. McCoy testified.

• Gene Pendygraft, 44, 136 E. Shelby St., Junction City: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $10,000. Leslie Strong with Kentucky State Police testified.

• Sarah Preston, 29, 110 Doe Run Lane, Burgin: first-degree promoting contraband. Bail was set at $5,000. Todd Wren with the Boyle County Detention Center testified.

• Jordan Rousey, 30, 4440 Ky. 78, Hustonville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); trafficking in stolen identities; possession of drug paraphernalia; and driving on a DUI-suspended license. Bail was set at $20,000. McCoy testified.

• Joseph Satterly, 46, 135 Chestnut Grove Road, Parksville: first-degree wanton endangerment; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs (second offense). Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Jordan Sims, 24, 5260 Indian Creek Road, Middleburg: tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Addison testified.

• Claudia Smith, 52, 204 Walker Lane, Lawrenceburg: possession of a forged instrument for allegedly possessing a forged check. Bail was set at $5,000. Bustle testified.

• Hunter Stratton, 21, 110 Ky. 1108, Parksville: identity theft. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified. Stratton was also indicted for possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,000. Dean testified.

• Joshua Summers, 92 Woodland Way, Liberty: intimidating a participant in a legal process; and third-degree terroristic threatening for allegedly threatening to kill another person. Bail was set at $5,000. Boyle County Sheriff Derek Robbins testified.

• Kaci Tankersly, 27, 3095 Ky. 1247, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin). Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Quentin Taylor, 30, 8025 Danville Highway, Gravel Switch: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Brent Thomas, 51, 104 McClure Dr. No. 11, Danville: first-degree promoting contraband; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Justin Turner, 21, 1296 Damron Creek Road, Russell Springs: first-degree promoting contraband. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Amanda Vaught, 35, 123 Michelle Court, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin); first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl); first-degree wanton endangerment of a minor child; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $20,000. • Bradley Watts, 21, 719 Moberly Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Moses testified.

• Nicholas Wilburn, 38, 45 Harris Creek Road, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Moses testified.

• William Wilburn, 37, 160 East Grubs St., Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Justin Williams, 31, 1355 Buster Pike, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); tampering with physical evidence; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Moses testified.

• Rachel Woodrum, 29, 320 Amos Woodrum Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Mackenzie Ziegert, 26, 466 Ky. 198, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin). Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.ß
