The Music Man features some of musical theatre’s most iconic songs and a story filled with wit, warmth and good, old fashioned romance. Local Documentary: “My Ancestral Kentucky Home” with James Sleet, 7 p.m. Feb. 9 at BCPL, Danville. In this 30-minute documentary by Eli Scarr, Lexingtonian James Sleet visits his ancestral home of Sleettown, a community established by freed slaves in Boyle County after the Civil War.

Homeschool Youth Ceramics, 9:30-11:30 a.m. Mondays through March 6 at CAC. Introductory class where students will work with clay in a fun, easy-going space.
