A Lincoln County grand jury indicted the following people on Jan. 27:

• Levi H. May, 25, 128 Busy Bee St., McKinney: first-degree burglary; and theft by unlawful taking under $500. Bail was set at $50,000 cash or property. Rob Oney with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Jerry M. Carrier, 35, 464 Goshen Cutoff, Stanford: receiving stolen property worth more than $500. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or property. Matthew J. Hutti with Kentucky State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement testified.
