A Casey County grand jury indicted the following people on Feb. 13:

• Ivy M. Kidd, 31, 5089 Dry Ridge Road, Liberty: public intoxication with controlled substance; falsely reporting an incident; and possession of handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $10,000 cash only. Deputy Chad Weddle, with the Casey County Sheriff’s Office and Deputy J. Walters testified.

• Bobby H. Cheeks, 54, 277 Piamingo Trace, Tupelo, Mississippi: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; public intoxication of controlled substance; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or property. Weddle testified.

• William E. Hale, 46, 791 Riddle Road, Liberty: driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs fourth offense; and driving on suspended or revoked license. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only. Weddle testified.

• Kimberly M. Ryan, 37, 13498 Morgantown Road, Russellville: driving under the influence of intoxicants; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; no insurance; and first-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $2,000 cash only. Weddle testified.

• Jason D. Selch, 38, 2409 Upper Brush Creek Road, Liberty: second-degree fleeing or evading police; first-degree criminal mischief; menacing; and public intoxication with controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only. Weddle testified.

• Dennis K. Davis, 31, Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; third-degree burglary; and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000, surety by family member. Weddle testified.

• Rhianna J. Evans, 24, 1441 Halon Young Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or property; Weddle testified.

• Brian R. Monday, 26, 167 Wall St., Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or property. Weddle testified.

• Daniel W. Cornett, 28, 449 Knifley Road, Columbia: fist-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $1,000 case or property. Weddle testified.

• Bridget A. Scott, 33, 75 Brown Court, Liberty: second-degree criminal possession of forged instrument; first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only. Weddle testified.

• Ryan Lee Caudill, 40, 233 Middleburg St., Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or property. Weddle testified.

• James M. Flannery, 50, address unknown, two counts theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property between $10,000 and $1,000,000. Bail was set at $15,000 cash or property. Weddle testified.

• Michael J. Hopkins, 35, 3362 Fall Lick Road, Lancaster: two counts theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property between $10,000 and $1,000,000. Bail was set at $15,000 cash or property. Weddle testified.

• Janal L. McKinney, 37, 180 Pine Hill Road, Jamestown: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or property. R. Smith with the Liberty Police Department testified.

• Richard E. Brown, 48, 176 Carmichael Drive, Liberty: theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property between $500 and $10,000; third-degree criminal mischief; third-degree criminal trespassing; second-degree possession of controlled substance, drug unspecified and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash or property. Smith testified.

• Angela M. Bullington, 36, 936 Murphy Wolford Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or property. S. Garrett with the Liberty Police Department testified.

• Christopher B. Roberts, 36, 466 Trammel St., No. 1, Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or property. Garrett testified.

• Michael O. Huff, 30, 381 Campbells Lane, Liberty: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, less than 2 grams of meth; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or property; Garrett testified.
