In Lincoln County district court, the following people waived their right to be indicted by a grand jury and therefore were indicted by information on Feb. 14:

• Logan Reed, 26, 5485 Ky. 78: first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; theft by unlawful taking or disposition of automobile between $500 and $10,000.

• Jimmy D. Owens, 46, Liberty: receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more.

• Sabrina Blanton, 30, 1503 Teatersville Road, Lancaster: third-degree burglary; first-degree criminal mischief causing $1,000 or more worth of damage to Miracle Car Wash; tampering with physical evidence; possession of burglary tools.

• Michael S. Mattingly, 50, 4600 Ky. 2141: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (drug unspecified); rear license not illuminated.
