Blake Stanton Letton, 33, of Danville, died Tuesday, February 21, 2017. Born August 26, 1983 in Danville he is the son of Les and Lynn Letton.

He graduated from Danville High School where he played soccer, tennis and golf. Blake earned his BS degree in Family Consumer Science from the University of Kentucky. He was a health caregiver for A Brighter Choice and loved his career.

He enjoyed playing golf with friends and family. Blake was a people person who made all around him smile and laugh. He was soft hearted and loved all animals but especially dogs.

He was predeceased by a brother, Jeremy Letton, and his grandparents, Tommy and Eloise Letton and Alvin Vollmer.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Patrick (Courtney) Letton of Cincinnati and his nephews and niece, Tanner, Eloise and Oliver Letton; his grandmother, Anne Vollmer of Alexandria, Va.; his aunts and uncles, Keith Vollmer, Allen and Barbara Vollmer and Karen and Jeff Thornton; cousins, Alyssa and Ashley Thornton and Wendell Thornton.

The funeral service will be 11 a.m., Monday, February 27, 2017 at First Christian Church. Rev. Chris Brummett will officiate. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jared Hartley, John Frey, Josh Baird, David Minor, Christian Griffin, Manning Tagarook, Cliff Wilson, Zach Baeker, Nathan Fuqua and Curry Dedman. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Sunday at First Christian Church.
