A Boyle County grand jury indicted the following people on Feb. 16:

• Alen Adams, 26, 1529 Richmond Road Loop 1, Lancaster: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking less than $500 of merchandise belonging to Walmart. Bail was set at $5,000. Steven Deboard with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Noah Adams, 20, 6452 Alum Springs Road, Danville: first-degree rape; first-degree sodomy; first-degree sexual abuse. Bail was set at $40,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Richard Alford, 29, 4667 Talmage Mayo Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
