Adams and Lawless were found in the hallway outside the room in question and Adams “was identified as the subject that was unresponsive,” according to a news release from Danville Police.

Adams “denied needing medical attention” and “Both subjects were manifestly under the influence of unknown intoxicants,” according to the release.

A search of the room, which police said the pair consented to, turned up “a small amount of suspected methamphetamine,” marijuana and “prescription pills,” according to the release.

Both women were taken to the Boyle County Detention Center, according to police. Adams remained in the jail on a $10,000 cash bond Sunday night, according to jail records.
