Casey County indictments

A Casey County grand jury indicted the following people on Feb. 27

• Amanda Hutchinson, 42, 42 Sheepskin Road, Liberty: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, hydrocodone. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only. S. Garrett, with the Liberty Police Department testified.

• Judy Lane, age and address unknown: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, hydrocodone. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only. Garrett testified.

• Hope N. Dempsey, 31, 444 Hillen Dale Drive: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or property. R. Smith, with the Liberty Police Department testified.

• Michael O. Huff, 30, 381 Campbells Lane, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; and menacing. Bail was set at $1,500 cash only. Smith testified.

Belinda Jean Sears, 37, 1936 Henson Ridge Road, Liberty: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs; no insurance; and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only. Chad Weddle with the Casey County Sheriff’s Office testified.

Brian Wesley Means, 49, 827 East Yosemite Road, Yosemite: no insurance; no or expired registration plates; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; DUI third offense. Bail was set at $10,000 cash only. Weddle testified.

Michael W. Daniel, 39, Liberty: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only. Weddle testified.

Nathan Gibson, 50, 284 East Fork Road, Dunnville: three counts first-degree wanton endangerment; third-degree terroristic threatening; and menacing. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only. B. Hensley with the Kentucky State Police testified.
