Living Last Supper

STANFORD — The congregation of Stanford Baptist Church invites the public to a presentation of the Living Last Supper at 6 p.m. Sunday, April 9.  This represents the Last Supper of Christ with his apostles in the Upper Room. The Living Last Supper is a great start to the Holy Week for everyone as we reflect on the final days of Christ. There will be a reception immediately following the service in the Christian Life Center.

Community Easter egg hunt

Willow Grove Baptist Church will host a community-wide Easter egg hunt from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, April 15 at 4306 Stanford Road in Danville. There will be free food, games, and entertainment for the whole family, plus prizes for “winning” egg hunters in age groups up to sixth grade.

Singing

PARKSVILLE — The Kentucky Mountain Trio will sing at Pleasant Run Baptist Church at 6 p.m. Sunday, March 26. The church is located at 10560 Forkland Road, Parksville. Jr. Fields is pastor; (859) 516-8704 or (859) 236-6853.

JUNCTION CITY —  God’s Hometown Church will have a singing and snacks at 6 p.m. Sunday, March 26 at the church located in the Stith Family Center in Junction City. Minister is Bro. Donald Lear, (859) 854-9293.

STANFORD — Bethel A.M.E. Church, Boneyville, will have the Joyful Souls, of Lexinton, as their 3 p.m. guests, on Sunday, March 26. Pastor is Reginald Pullums. Everyone invited.

Day of Fellowship

St. James A.M.E. Church, 124 East Walnut St., is having a Day of Fellowship, Sunday, March 26. At 3 p.m. the speaker will be Elder Mark Anthony from New Horizon Missionary Baptist Church, Danville. Ralph Smith, pastor.
