Boyle grand jury hands up indictments on 41

A Boyle County grand jury indicted the following people on March 22:
• Jeremy Arvin, 27, 470 Stratford Road, Lexington: first-degree promoting contraband at Northpoint Training Center. Bail was set at $5,000. Taylor Bottom with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Jeffrey Barker, 28, 954 Gose Pike, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
• Clement Brutto, 31, 109 Hamilton Heights, Lebanon: second-degree escape. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with BCSO testified.
• Martavio Buster, 32, 800 East Muhammad Ali Blvd., Louisville: first-degree promoting contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center. Bail was set at $5,000. Tony Harmon, Mercer County deputy jailer testified.
• Lonnie Coffman, 49, 91 Lausman Ave., Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of synthetic drugs. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Christopher Cornett, 33, 224 Allene Drive, Danville: failure to comply with sex offender registry. Bail was set at $5,000, Dean testified.
• Zachary Dawson, 26, 611 McMillian Court, Danville: trafficking in synthetic marijuana. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified
• Danette Divine, 59, 151 Divine Road, Perryville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $10,000. Kody Cloud with the BCSO testified.
• William Folger, 30, 1822 Martin Trail Road, Stanford: receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Joseph Hughes with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Tabitha Foster, 32, 1019 Hustonville Road, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving under the influence. Bail was set at $5,000. Hobie Daugherty with the DPD testified.
• Jody Grubbs, 32, 4245 Hustonville Road, Danville: first-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Medi Hazlett, 24, 523 Denmark Drive, Danville: three counts theft of a controlled substance less than $10,000. Bail was set at $15,000. Hughes testified.
• William Conley Horn Jr., 35, 517 Graham Road: 15 counts first-degree unlawful access to a computer for the purpose of obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent representation. Bail was set at $60,000. Kevin Peel with the DPD testified.
• George Horton, 39, 181 Southern Drive, Perryville: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Lara Hubbard, 27, 5374 Lexington Road, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Toney Dollins with the DPD testified.

• Anthony Letcher, 45, 138 East Jefferson St., Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, cocaine; possession of drug paraphernalia; carrying a concealed deadly weapon, firearm. Bail was set at $5,000. Ben Ray with the DPD testified.
• Brandon Lofton, 28, 111 Aspen Drive, Danville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, second or more offense, fentanyl; first-degree trafficking in controlled substance second or more offense, heroin. Bail was set at $40,000. McCoy testified.

• Cash Moore II, 36, 123 Michelle Court, Danville: first-degree promoting contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center. Bail was set at $5,000. Dollins testified.
• Stephen Moore, 40, 141 Maiden Lane, Versailles: theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 and banned from Walmart. AJ Mullins with the DPD testified.
• Bradford Ping, 34, 902 Nokomis St., Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Dollins testified.

• Joshua Villanueva, 26, 5850 Ky. 1194, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance second or more offense, heroin; second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, alprazolam. Bail was set at $15,000. McCoy testified.
• Ashley Watson, 33, 555 Ky. 328 East, Waynesburg: theft by unlawful taking less than $500; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,000 and banned from all Kroger properties. Ray testified; three counts first-degree unlawful access to computer for the purpose of obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent representation. Bail was set at $30,000 and Ray testified; also second-degree escape. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.
• Bradley Young, 35, 401 Harding St., Danville: receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000; persistent felon offender; first-degree fleeing or evading police. Bail was set at $50,000. Russell Preston with the Junction City Police Department testified.
