It’s time for Cabaret: The fun musical showcase returns to Centre College Wednesday, April 5. The showcase features talented students singing jazz, musical theater and light contemporary music in a café atmosphere with desserts and coffee. Members of Centre Singers will perform solos, duets and trios, and as a group. Centre Encore, an organization that supports the music program at the college, will co-sponsor the event. The fun starts at 8 p.m. April 5 in the Evans-Lively Room at Old Carnegie. Admission is $10, payable in cash at the door.The concert is open to the public, and free parking is available in the Norton Center for the Arts parking lot.
