LANCASTER — A Garrard County grand jury indicted the following person on March 24:

• Brandon Vanover, 23, 1994 Wells Landing, Danville: receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more by possession recently stolen barn lumber with no intent to restore it to the rightful owner; first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $10,000. Officer J. Smith with the Garrard County Police Department testified.
