A Mercer County grand jury indicted the following people on April 12:
Christopher Luttrell, 30, 3140 Rolling Hills Court, Lexington: first-degree fleeing or evading police; two counts first-degree wanton endangerment; identity theft. Bail was set at $15,000. Chris Booth with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.
Kelly Myers, 35, 567 Kennedy Bridge Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. A. Miller with the HPD testified.
Brandon Hellmig, 19, 2380 Oregon Road, Salvisa: receiving stolen property valued less than $500; receiving stolen property, a firearm, both owned by Fort Harrod State Park. Bail was set at $5,000. Ryan Evans with the HPD testified.
Darrell Treadway, 38, 586 Bellows Mill Road, Harrodsburg: tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000. Chris Perkins with the HPD testified.
David Lewis, 47, 2496 Cummins Ferry Road, Salvisa: making false statements to obtain or increase benefits more than $100. Bail was set at $5,000. Joseph Trent with the Kentucky Department of Unemployment Insurance testified.
Carl Carter, 31, 38 Virginia Ave., Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping. Bail was set at $10,000, Kari Lamb testified.
Corbin Fee, 33, 69 D & M Loop Road, McKee: flagrant non-support. Bail was set at $5,000. Jessica Hazelwood testified.
Kenneth Cook, 38, 1463 Battlefield Road, Harrodsburg: failure to comply with sex offender registry second or more offense. Bail was set at $10,000. Wes Gaddis with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.
Joshua Riley, 30, 111 East Spice St., Harrodsburg: manufacturing methamphetamine. Bail was set at $20,000. Justin Kearney with the Kentucky State Police testified.
Kevin Petty, 40, 123 East Broadway, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, oxycodone. Bail was set at $20,000. Evans testified.
