A Garrard County grand jury indicted the following people on April 21:

• Janet Wyatt, 34, 854 Fuzzy Duck Road, Lancaster: driving under the influence of intoxicants; first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Summons ordered. Officer Hughes with the Lancaster Police Department testified.

• Christopher Wilcoxson, 32, 118 Hunter Drive, Lancaster: third-degree assault of Kentucky State Police officer; third-degree assault of KSP officer. Bail was set at $25,000 case. Trooper Morris with KSP testified.

• Alisha West, 26, 1784 Cartersville Road, Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia; DUI third offense; first-degree wanton endangerment of a small child. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Officer A. Weston with the LPD testified.

• Melissa A. Walker, 39, 813 South Central, Nicholasville: theft by unlawful taking more than $500. Summons was ordered Sanford Guy testified.

• Tyler Perkins, 26, 105 East Doty Lane, Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Weston testified.

• Allie A. Isaacs, 33, 3362 Fall Lick Road, Lancaster: first-degree burglary when she entered a residence with purpose to committing a crime and was armed with firearms; two counts receiving stolen property, firearms. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Morris testified.

• Dustin Hawley, 20, 107 Kinnaird Drive, Lancaster: receiving stolen property, $500 or more value. Summons ordered. Officer Tudor with the LPD testified.

 • Terry Hawley, 202 Doty Lane, Lancaster: receiving stolen property, $500 or more value. Summons ordered. Tudor testified.

• Tim Foley, 47, 6076 Buckeye Road, Lancaster: possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; third-degree criminal trespassing; menacing; second-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $100,000 cash. Officer Willard of the Garrard County Police Department testified; first-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; second-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $100,000 cash. Officer Gibson with the GCPD testified.

• Ernest Estes III, 45, 104 Debbie Ave., Lancaster: second-degree arson when he set fire to his home with intent to collect insurance proceeds. Bail was set at $10,000 cash. Officer Hughes with the LPD testified.

• Roger Davis, 22, 336 Browning Way, Lancaster: 21 counts possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Detective Craig Miller with KSP testified.

• Sabrina Blanton, 30, 1503 Teatersville Road, Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Hughes with the LPD testified.

• Rebecca R. Budde, 32, 10288 Cana St., Newburgh, Indiana: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia. Summons was ordered. Officer D. Napier with the GCPD testified.

• Miranda Caudill, 27, 202 Doty Lane, Lancaster: second-degree wanton endangerment of a child; fourth-degree assault of child. Summons was ordered. Weston testified.
