Rotary names regional speech champs

A Danville High School student placed second in a regional Rotary speech contest held in Harrodsburg in April.
Grace Sheene, who was sponsored by Danville Rotary, earned $300 for finishing second in the Central Regional competition. Sheene had already earned $300 for winning the district-level competition, held in Danville in February.
Braedon Price, a South Warren High School student sponsored by Bowling Green Rotary, won first place, earning $500 and a chance to win $1,000 at the state competition in Louisville this month.
