HARRODSBURG — A person has died as a result of a vehicle accident in Harrodsburg Thursday afternoon.

According to the Harrodsburg Police Department, the fatality occurred at 12:35 p.m. on North College Street.

A Toyota Camry pulled into the path of a Toyota Tacoma pickup that was traveling in the southbound lane in front of The Dollar Store.

The driver of the Camry was pronounced dead at James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital. A passenger in the Camry was airlifted to UK Hospital and condition was unknown at press time.

The driver of the Tacoma was transported by EMS to James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Investigating officer is Patrolman Aaron Miller of the Harrodsburg Police Department.
