NICHOLASVILLE — The Department of Veterans Affairs Camp Nelson National Cemetery will host a Memorial Day ceremony to honor the service and sacrifice of veterans at 11 a.m., Monday, May 29. The ceremony will take pace at the flag pole at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.

Guest speaker will be Dean Cook, Navy Captain (ret.), Chaplain Corps.

Other items on the program include patriotic music, cannon and rifle salutes, a fly over by the Kentucky Air National Guard, and placing of the wreath.

Also, cemetery staff will be on hand to help with grave locations.
