A Casey County grand jury indicted the following people on May 22:

• Rhianna Jo Evans, 24, 1421 Halon Young Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $7,500 cash or property. Trooper Mike Woodrum with the Kentucky State Police testified.

• Jordan Ray Luttrell, 22, 884 Hicks Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, third or more offense; driving under the influence of intoxicants; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; reckless driving; speeding 15 mph over limit; disregarding a stop sign; no seat belts; possession of marijuana; and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $2,500 cash only. Trooper Zachary Scott with KSP testified.

• Gregory Warren Atwood, 30, 2699 Ky. 49, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was same as set in district court. Officer Jayson Grider with the Liberty Police Department testified.

• Millard Dwayne Rigdon, 52, Vallard Goode Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,500 cash only. Deputy Chad Weddle with the Casey County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Joshua Wayne Pruitt, 25, 744 Allen Creek Road, Liberty: receiving stolen property, firearm; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bail was set as same in district case. Weddle testified.

• Bryan Wesley Means, 49, East Yosemite Road, Yosemite: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; first-degree persistent felony offender. No bail was set and summons issued. Weddle testified.

• Bethany Ann Lynn, also known as Bethany Ann Daniel, 29, 1956 Patsy Riffe Ridge Road, Middleburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; tampering with physical evidence; second-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $2,500 cash only. Weddle testified.

• Cassidy E. Kearney, 31, 209 Middleburg St., Liberty: four counts second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, drug unspecified. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only. Weddle testified.

• Brenda Lee Cochran, 51, Ky. 206, Liberty: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance. Bail was set at $2,500 cash only. Weddle testified.

• Clifton W. Hale, 57, 261 Phillips St., Liberty: two counts second-degree trafficking in controlled substance, drug unspecified; third-degree trafficking in controlled substance, drug unspecified; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, unspecified; two counts first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth. No bond was set. Weddle testified.

• George Samuel Webb Jr., 46, Ky. 906, Hustonville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $2,500 cash only. Weddle testified.

• Norman Glen Sayers, 37, 6259 South Ky. 501, Liberty: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $2,500 cash only. Weddle testified.

• Jordan Ray Posey, 18, Shugars Hill Road, Liberty: second-degree burglary; two counts theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 cash or property. Chief Steven Garrett of the Liberty Police Department testified.
