Families, friends and acquaintances got down Friday night during Bayou an Brass — the Friday night offering from the Great American Brass Band Festival.

Not only was lively band music, spicy foods, and cold beverages a way to celebrate Bayou and Brass, a new feature allowed children to make their own colorful vudoo dolls. From left, Perryville residents Emerson, 4, Saddalea, 6, and Walker, 4, get help from their mother, Kelly Gray.
